Orders with more than one item are given processing time according to each item.
Before shipping, we will examine the items ordered carefully before shipping. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us since we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. Please be aware that it's possible for your order to run out of stock even after you've placed your order.
The policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.
To be considered eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
